Go to Profile in the app
Tap on Support > Contact Support to open a chat with our Customer Support team
Request the closure of your account
Request via email:
Send an email to support@kixy.com from the email address registered to your Kixy account
Include a request to close your account
⚠️ Important: Ensure your account balance is at zero before requesting account closure. This will help us process your request more quickly
