How long does Kixy look after my data after my account has been closed
Kixy has a legal and regulatory requirement to look after your data for a period of 5 years. After this, it is then deleted. Below is a list of features, the impact closing an account has on your information, and how your information is viewed by other users.

Wallet & Accounts | Closed | They will not be able to pay the user or into their account |
Contacts | Remain | The other users will see the main user as a closed account with no profile picture or information |
1-1 Chats | Remain | Other users will see the chats with a closed account profile. They can send messages |
Groups - Member | Remain | Other members will see a closed account member |
Groups - Admin | Remain | The group will remain with no admin. Admin chats will show with a closed account profile |
