What are Scheduled Payments

Scheduled Payments are recurring transactions that once setup, you can view in the Kixy app. This feature allows you to plan ahead for bills, subscriptions, and other recurring expenses. Once scheduled, these payments happen automatically, ensuring you’re always on top of your financial obligations.

Kixy Scheduled Payments support:

  1. Direct Debits: Link your account to regular payments for rent, utilities, or any other fixed expenses

  2. Subscriptions: Stay connected with your favorite channels and gain a better understanding of the payments you’ve made, such as your club membership

Why use Scheduled Payments on Kixy

  • Convenience: No more remembering due dates or logging in to make payments manually

  • Time-saving: Automate your payments so you can focus on the things that matter

  • Financial discipline: Keep track of your expenses and maintain control over your spending

  • Social integration: With Kixy’s unique social element, your scheduled payments can also contribute to the community you love

How to manage your Scheduled Payments

Once you have setup a Direct Debit using your Kixy account number and sort code with a 3rd party company, or a subscription with your favourite Channel, you can manage them in the following ways:

  • Find your Scheduled Payments by tapping Profile > Scheduled Payments

  • Here you can see your Active Payments and Kixy lets you know if you have enough money in your account to cover your upcoming payments

  • You can also Top Up your account from this page if you do not have enough funds to cover the upcoming payments

  • By tapping a payment, this will allow you to see the next payment due date, the start date, the from sort code and account number, any reference and the ability to Cancel Scheduled Payment

🧠 If you do not have enough funds available for an upcoming payment and this payment is due, the Scheduled Payment will be cancelled
