Requesting a personal or business account to be closed
In the app, head to profile and then tap on support. This will open a chat with our Customer Support team where you can ask for your account to be closed.
Alternatively, you can email us at support@kixy.com from the email address you registered on your account and ask for your account to be closed.
Please ensure your account balance is at zero so we can close your account as quickly as possible for you.
Our Customer Support team will let you know how long the process will take and what happens after the account has been closed.

After an account has closed, you can still access the app. However, you can only speak to Customer Support.
