Change your email address
You can change your email address in the Kixy app by following these steps:
Tap on Profile in the bottom right corner of the home screen
Go to Personal Data
Tap your email address
Kixy will then send a code to your current email address, so you can securely update your email address on the app
Change your phone number
You can change your phone number in the Kixy app by following these steps:
Tap on Profile in the bottom right corner of the home screen
Go to Personal Data
Tap your phone number
Kixy will then send a code to your current phone number, so you can securely update your phone number on the app
Change your address
You can change your address in the Kixy app by following these steps:
Tap on Profile in the bottom right corner of the home screen
Go to Personal Data
Tap your address
Search for your new address or manually add it by tapping 'my address is not on the list'
Changing business account details
Changes made to your business account must first be done through Companies House. If you have changed your business information with them (change in address, name, shareholders etc) and you need to notify us of this change, you can either start a chat with our Customer Support team through the app or email us at support@kixy.com
⚠️ Kixy may ask you to provide proof of these changes. Companies House may provide you with certificates or filing information which will be needed for Kixy to change any details within your business account
Unable to change your address, phone number or email address within the app?
If you are unable to change any of these details yourself, either due to you not having access to your current email address or phone number that Kixy has on file, you can either start a chat with our Customer Support team through the app or email us at support@kixy.com
Changing personal name
