The application process
Personal account:
Download the Kixy app from either the App Store or Google Play Store
Verify a few contact details so we can start the onboarding process
Enter a few personal details and then complete the verification process
🧠 For verification, you will be asked to provide proof of address, a selfie and have a government-issued I.D to hand. Once all this has been uploaded, it will take a few minutes for verification to be complete.
Business account - Registered company
Visit our web app at app.kixy.com
Choose 'Registered Company' as the type of business account you want to apply for
Verify a few contact details so we can start the onboarding process
After entering a few personal details, you can tell us more about your business and add more shareholders.
🧠 Other shareholders do not need to sign-up for Kixy but they will need to complete KYC verification, which will be sent via email. After that, our compliance team will review the company and shareholders documents
Business account - Freelance

Choose 'Freelancer' as the type of business account you want to apply for
Verify a few contact details so we can start the onboarding process
After entering a few personal details, you can tell us more about your business and how you will use it
