Managing your card PIN

Your card PIN is an essential security feature that protects your Kixy card. You can easily view and manage your PIN directly through the Kixy app.

Viewing your PIN

To check your PIN, follow these steps:

  1. Open the card menu in your Kixy App

  2. Tap on Manage Cards

  3. Select Show PIN

For your security, the PIN will only be displayed for 5 seconds before automatically hiding. If you need to view it again, simply tap Reveal PIN for another 5-second display.

Changing your PIN

You can change your PIN at any time at any ATM machine that is compatible with Mastercard.

PIN Security and Reset Options

We take your card security seriously. To protect your account:

  • Your card will be blocked after three incorrect PIN attempts

  • You can reset your PIN attempts before reaching this limit by selecting Reset PIN Attempts in the app

  • If your card has been blocked due to too many incorrect PIN entries, please contact our Customer Support team who will help you unblock your card

Transaction Limits

To help you manage your spending effectively, Kixy allows you to set personalised spending limit on your card. You have complete control over these limits and can adjust them at any time to match your budget and spending habits.

You can find this option by tapping on Transaction Limits in the Manage Cards menu.

You can set limits for different time periods:

  • Maximum amount per transaction

  • Maximum daily spending

  • Maximum weekly spending

  • Maximum monthly spending

  • Maximum lifetime spending

All these limits can be modified whenever you need to adjust your spending control. Whether you're budgeting for a special occasion or managing your regular expenses, you can easily update these limits through the Kixy app to suit your financial needs.
