Updating your Personal Account details
Change your email address
To update your email address in the Kixy app:
Tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the home screen
Go to Personal Data
Select your Email Address
A code will be sent to your current email address. Use this code to securely update your email in the app
Change your phone number
To update your phone number:
Tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the home screen
Go to Personal Data
Select your Phone Number
A code will be sent to your current phone number. Use this code to securely update your phone number in the app
Change your address
To update your address:
Tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the home screen
Go to Personal Data
Select your Address
Search for your new address or manually enter it by selecting “My address is not on the list.”
Updating your Business Account details
If you need to change business details such as your address, name, or shareholders, these must first be updated with Companies House. Once this is done:
Notify Kixy of the changes by:
In-app chat: Start a chat with our Customer Support team through the app. After speaking with Kixy AI agent, tap on 'talk to a person' and a customer support agent will pick up your conversation
Email: Or, send a message to support@kixy.com
Provide proof of the changes (e.g., certificates or filing documents from Companies House)
⚠️ Important: Kixy may require documentation from Companies House to complete updates to your business account.
If you can’t change your details in the app
If you’re unable to update your email, phone number, or address because you no longer have access to the current information on file, contact Kixy:
