Having trouble accessing your Kixy account? Follow these steps to help you log back in:

Understanding Your Login Credentials

Before trying to log back in, it’s important to understand the different types of credentials used with your Kixy account:

  • Password: Your main account password used on both the website and the app. This is made up of both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

  • Passcode: A shorter PIN specifically for quick mobile app access. This is made up of just numbers.

  • Biometric login: Fingerprint or facial recognition for secure app access instead of using your Passcode.


I Want to Change My Password

Changing Your Password

You can change your Password at any time in the app. To change it, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in your Kixy app

  2. Tap on "Profile"

  3. Tap on "Security & Privacy"

  4. Select "Change Password"

  5. Enter your current Password and your new password in the next screen

  6. Tap "Save"

Resetting Your Password

If you cannot remember your account password, you can reset by following the steps below:

  1. Start at the Kixy login screen when you open the app

  2. Select “Log In”

  3. Click/Tap on the “Forgot your Password?” link

  4. Enter your registered email address

  5. Wait for a text message on your registered mobile number

  6. Enter the 6-digit verification number we texted to you in the next screen on the app

  7. Create your new password

Common Password Reset Issues

If you don’t receive the reset code:

  • Make sure you’re using the email address you registered with your Kixy account

  • Ensure your mobile service provider isn’t blocking our messages

  • Wait 5-10 minutes as text messages may be delayed

Changing Your Passcode

You can change your Passcode at any time in the app. To change it, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in your Kixy app

  2. Tap on "Profile"

  3. Tap on "Security & Privacy"

  4. Select "Change Passcode"

  5. Create your new Passcode and then tap "Save"

Passcode Reset Instructions

If you’ve forgotten your passcode before logging in to the app:

  1. Open the app and tap on “Forgot your Passcode?” link

  2. The app will automatically log you out

  3. You will need to log back in to your Kixy account using your registered email and your Password

  4. Follow the prompts to create a new passcode

🧠 Remember: Choose a unique 4 digit combination, so avoid common sequences like 1234 or 0000. It’s also best practice to not re-use your previous passcodes or easy to guess information like your birthday!
