Understanding Your Accounts

Kixy offers currency accounts that let you hold, send, and receive money in different currencies all in one place. Think of them as separate digital purses for each currency you want to use. What Are Kixy's Currency Accounts? You can also have a currency account attached to your main GBP Kixy account. Each account: - Holds a specific currency (for example, a GBP Account or USD Account) - Comes with its own unique bank details - Can be managed easily through the Kixy app - Lets you send a receive money internationally When you join Kixy, you'll automatically get a GBP (British Pounds) account. You can add up to 11 more accounts in different currencies, with a limit of one account per currency. Available Currencies You can open currency accounts in any of these currencies: - British Pound (GBP) - US Dollar (USD) - Euro (EUR) - Canadian Dollar (CAD) - Swiss Franc (CHF) - Czech Koruna (CZK) - Danish Krone (DKK) - Hungarian Forint (HUF) - Norwegian Krone (NOK) - Polish Zloty (PLN) - Romanian Leu (RON) - Swedish Krona (SEK) Features of Your Accounts Bank Details - Every account has its own unique IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and SWIFT Code - Only the GBP account comes with a UK Sort Code and Account Number - You can use these details to receive money from within and outside the UK - Your bank details remain the same for as long as you have your account - Share these details with anyone who needs to send you money in that currency Currency Exchange - Convert money between your accounts whenever you need - See how much you'll receive before you convert - All currency exchange services are provided by our partner, Clearbank - View all fees upfront before making the exchange Sending Money - Send money directly from your chosen account to other accounts outside of Kixy - Send money in a different currency without needing an account in that currency - For example, you can send USD to someone directly from your GBP Account Adding Money You can add money to your account in several ways 1. Direct bank transfer to your account 2. Card Payment 3. Apple Pay 4. Managing Your Kixy Accounts

How to maintain, manage and use your accounts What is a Kixy Account? You can hold a currency account within your Kixy profile that holds funds in a specific currency. Each account has unique account details and operate independently. Available Accounts - Default GBP account provided automatically - Option to create 11 additional currency accounts in 12 different currencies - Access all supported currencies via the + Add Account button Adding Money to Your GBP Account Pay by Bank 1. Navigate to Accounts 2. Tap + Add Money 3. Select Pay by Bank 4. Select which bank đź§  Kixy uses Plaid to let you pay with your bank account. A splash page will appear to confirm this once you Pay by Bank Bank Transfer 1. Navigate to Accounts 2. Select + Add Money 3. Choose Manual bank payment 4. Use provided details - Sort Code - Account Number - Account Name Managing Currency Accounts Adding New Currency Accounts 1. Tap + Add Account 2. Select desired currency Adding Money to Currency Accounts To pay directly into a currency account: 1. Select your desired currency account 2. View the account's international banking details 3. Use these details to make an international transfer from your bank 4. Alternatively, you can give these details to someone who is planning to send money into your currency account Currency Conversion You can convert money between your Kixy accounts 1. Tap Convert on the Accounts page 2. Select the currency you're converting from 3. Select the currency you wish to convert to 4. Enter the amount you wish to convert 5. Press Continue 6. Review the exchange rate and fees Important Information - Exchange rates are updated in real-time - Minimum conversion amounts may apply - International transfer fees may apply when sending to currency accounts from another bank

Managing Passwords, Passcodes, and Login Information

This article provides clear guidance on managing login credentials, including passwords and passcodes Login & Access Help Having trouble accessing your Kixy account? Follow these steps to help you log back in: Understanding Your Login Credentials Before trying to log back in, it’s important to understand the different types of credentials used with your Kixy account: - Password: Your main account password used on both the website and the app. This is made up of both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. - Passcode: A shorter PIN specifically for quick mobile app access. This is made up of just numbers. - Biometric login: Fingerprint or facial recognition for secure app access instead of using your Passcode. I Want to Change My Password Changing Your Password You can change your Password at any time in the app. To change it, follow the steps below: 1. Log in your Kixy app 2. Tap on "Profile" 3. Tap on "Security & Privacy" 4. Select "Change Password" 5. Enter your current Password and your new password in the next screen 6. Tap "Save" Resetting Your Password If you cannot remember your account password, you can reset by following the steps below: 1. Start at the Kixy login screen when you open the app 2. Select “Log In” 3. Click/Tap on the “Forgot your Password?” link 4. Enter your registered email address 5. Wait for a text message on your registered mobile number 6. Enter the 6-digit verification number we texted to you in the next screen on the app 7. Create your new password Common Password Reset Issues If you don’t receive the reset code: - Make sure you’re using the email address you registered with your Kixy account - Ensure your mobile service provider isn’t blocking our messages - Wait 5-10 minutes as text messages may be delayed I Want to Change My Passcode Changing Your Passcode You can change your Passcode at any time in the app. To change it, follow the steps below: 1. Log in your Kixy app 2. Tap on "Profile" 3. Tap on "Security & Privacy" 4. Select "Change Passcode" 5. Create your new Passcode and then tap "Save" Passcode Reset Instructions If you’ve forgotten your passcode before logging in to the app: 1. Open the app and tap on “Forgot your Passcode?” link 2. The app will automatically log you out 3. You will need to log back in to your Kixy account using your registered email and your Password 4. Follow the prompts to create a new passcode 🧠 Remember: Choose a unique 4 digit combination, so avoid common sequences like 1234 or 0000. It’s also best practice to not re-use your previous passcodes or easy to guess information like your birthday!

How to Close Your Kixy Account

This guide explains how to request the closure of a Personal or Business account and what happens after the account is closed For Personal or Business Accounts - In-App Chat: Start a chat with our Customer Support team through the app. After speaking with Kixy AI, tap on 'talk to a person' and a customer support agent will pick up your conversation - Email: Or, send a message to support@kixy.com ⚠️ Important: Ensure your account balance is at zero before requesting account closure. This will help us process your request more quickly The Next Steps Our Customer Support team will provide details about - The progress of your account closure request - An update for when it is officially closed and what happens after the account is closed For information on how your data is handled after account closure, click here 🧠 After an account has closed, you can still access the app. However, you can only speak to Customer Support Closing an Account on Behalf of Someone Else To request the closure of another person’s account 1. Email support@kixy.com 2. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the process and inform you of the required documentation How to Close Kixy Currency Accounts If you no longer need a currency account, you can close it at any time. Before requesting to close any currency account, please ensure - The account has a zero balance - Any pending transactions have been completed - You've saved any transaction history you might need - You're redirected any recurring payments Important Notes - You can only close additional currency accounts (EUR, USD, etc.) if you wish still remain as a Kixy customer - The GBP account cannot be closed while other currency accounts remain active Steps to Close a Currency Account Check Your Account Balance - Ensure the balance is exactly zero - Transfer or convert any remaining funds Contact Customer Support - In-App Chat: Start a chat with our Customer Support team through the app. After speaking with Kixy AI, tap on 'talk to a person' and a customer support agent will pick up your conversation - Email: Or, send a message to support@kixy.com - Specify which currency account you want to close Confirmation - You'll receive confirmation once the account is closed Closing your GBP Account Requirements - All other currency accounts must also be closed - All your accounts, including the GBP account, must have a zero balance - If you want to close your GBP account, you will need to close your entire Kixy account 🧠 Your GBP account is your primary Kixy account. Closing this account means closing your entire Kixy account with us

How to Change Your Account Details with Kixy

This guide explains how to update your details for both Personal and Business Kixy accounts Updating Your Personal Account Details Change Your Email Address 1. Tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the home screen 2. Go to Personal Data 3. Select your Email Address 4. A code will be sent to your current email address. Use this code to securely update your email in the app Change Your Phone Number 1. Tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the home screen 2. Go to Personal Data 3. Select your Phone Number 4. A code will be sent to your current phone number. Use this code to securely update your phone number in the app Change Your Address 1. Tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the home screen 2. Go to Personal Data 3. Select your Address 4. Search for your new address or manually enter it by selecting “My address is not on the list.” ​ Updating Your Business Account Details If you need to change business details such as your address, name, or shareholders, these must first be updated with Companies House. Once this is done: 1.
