Our Customer Support team will help locate their account. To do this, let us know the following information
Full name on the account
Date of birth
Email address, phone number or address registered to the account
Account number (if available)
We will also need a copy of the Death Certificate (a clear scan or photo will do). If the Death Certificate is not in English we may require further documents but our Customer Support team will inform you of this.
