How do I submit a complaint.

KIXY is committed to providing the highest standards of service, but there may be occasions when the service or advice does not meet the clients expectations.

If you need to make a complaint, please see your options below:

What happens next?

We will be in contact with you within 2 working days to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint which will then be fully investigated.

The FCA gives us 8 weeks to resolve your complaint. However, we try our best to resolve them well before the deadline. If your are not happy with our final response, you can refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
