There might be a few reasons why you have not received your payment:
Bank details: ask the sender for the transfer confirmation to check if the information is correct. If there was a mistake, then you can cancel the transfer only if the funds are pending and has not been sent.
Currency:
Depending on the currency you are sending the funds to there are different time frames. Visit our countries to find out the times of how long a payment will take to be sent from the country. (See Annex).
